Sharkula’s Trailer Wants To Suck Your Blood!

Wild Eye Releasing just put out the first official trailer for the Wonderfully titled Sharkula. If the thought of what a Shark/Dracula crossover hybrid horror/comedy film has ever kept you up at night, well wonder no more.

Sharkula is written and directed by Mark Polonia. Polonia is no stranger to the sharkplotation as he also directed Sharkenstein and the little-known Noah’s Shark. The film stars

“The curse of Count Dracula lives on in shark-infested waters, claiming the lives of a tourist community,” reads the synopsis. “A sea hunt for the new species results in monsters, madness, and bloodshed. This great white is putting the bite back into terror, and it has helped with the aid of new vampires intent on seeing it survive.” – From IMDB

The plot of the film is just as jaw-dropping as one would suspect. From Watching the trailer Dracula, the brooding bloodsucker use his powers on the high seas (or at least it seems) to bring forth a bloodthirsty CGI sea creature to do his bidding. This low-budget film offers a break from the seriousness and will make its debut on June 7th.
