Freshman CBS supernatural TV series, EVIL will be moving over to the streaming service, Paramount+. It will join other CBS drama shows Clarice and SEAL Team in the move.

Evil ran its first season on CBS in 2019 to moderately good reviews and was granted a second season by the network, which was derailed due to the pandemic. Now, it was announced the series, along with two other CBS shows will migrate to the newer Paramount+ streaming service for its second season.

Created by Robert and Michelle King (The Good Fight), Evil follows a forensic psychologist (Katja Herbers), a priest in training (Mike Colter) and a carpenter (Aasif Mandvi) who investigate unexplained mysteries for the Catholic church and explore the line between science and religion. CBS Studios, where the Kings have an overall deal, produces the series. Michael Emerson and Christine Lahti also star.

Evil ran for 13 episodes on its initial run on the network. It looks as if the series’ second season will air on Paramount+ sometime in 2022. Keep watching Horror Patch for more details on Evil as they develop.

About Michael Juvinall (6698 Articles)
I am a devoted husband and father. I have been a voracious horror fan since the early age of 5 and metal fan since I was 14. I watch all horror films but my great loves are classic horror films: Universal Monsters, Werewolves, Hammer Horror and an all-around affinity for things that go bump in the night! I'm also a huge fan of extreme metal music.
