I have some belated news about a new short horror film entitled, HOUSE OF THE VAMPIRE! The film is by writer and director Michael Smith. We have a few details on the film and pics below for you guys to check out.

This short 30-minute horror film is an homage to Hammer Films of the 1970s. House of the Vampire is a period film complete with authentic locations, props, and wardrobe that emulate the Hammer style. One of the film’s locations was the basement of the Opera House theater in McConnelsville, Ohio, featured on Jack Osbourne’s ‘Portals to Hell’ show given its haunted history.

The cast and crew consists of professionals from around the Cincinnatti and Ohio area.

In Victorian England, a vengeful 18th century vampire stalks a widower and his family in their secluded manor.

The film stars Joseph Moreland, Andrew Gordon, Seth Moreland, Madison Liesch, Mary Kay Riestenberg, Edward Haynes Jr., and Rick Riblett.

About Michael Juvinall (6048 Articles)
I am a devoted husband and father. I have been a voracious horror fan since the early age of 5 and metal fan since I was 14. I watch all horror films but my great loves are classic horror films: Universal Monsters, Werewolves, Hammer Horror and an all-around affinity for things that go bump in the night! I'm also a huge fan of extreme metal music.
