For those of you looking forward to the upcoming remake of Dario Argento’s classic horror film, SUSPIRIA, we have the first full-length trailer and new character posters for you to check out. I’m throwing in my two cents here but this is a film that should’ve been left alone because you could never improve upon the original, but I’ll still give it a fair shake. Anyways, check out the trailer below.
A reimagining of Dario Argento’s beloved 1977 horror film about vicious murders and eerie activities at a dance school in Europe, the new Suspiria stars Tilda Swinton, Dakota Johnson, Chloë Grace Moretz, Mia Goth, and the original film’s lead actress, Jessica Harper.
The new Suspiria is directed by Luca Guadagnino (Call Me by Your Name) and features a score from Radiohead lead singer Thom Yorke. Amazon Studios will release Suspiria in New York and Los Angeles theaters on October 26th, followed by a nationwide release in the US on November 2nd.
A darkness swirls at the center of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the troupe’s artistic director (Swinton), an ambitious young dancer (Johnson), and a grieving psychotherapist (Ebersdorf). Some will succumb to the nightmare. Others will finally wake up.
