David Cronenberg Novel CONSUMED To Be Developed As Series For AMC!

David Cronenberg is a name that horror fans need no introduction to. He is the king of body horror and his 2014 psychological thriller novel Consumed is being developed for a TV series at AMC.

Behind the move is Fear The Walking Dead’s showrunner Dave Erickson and Lucifer EP Sheri Elwood.

Erickson and Elwood will pen the adaptation and showrun. Consumed is described as a mind-bending psychological thriller that follows two journalists who set out to solve the cannibalistic murder of a controversial Parisian philosopher. Erickson and Elwood will executive produce with Cronenberg, who also may direct.
