First Look at New Vampire Film EAT LOCAL!

It’s great to see a vampire film coming out. I feel the genre is being dominated with zombies right now and even though I’m a fan, I’d like to see other monsters make a comeback, i.e. vampires and werewolves. We have some info on a brand new vamp flick called EAT LOCAL.

Eat Local has no release date set as of yet.

The film is written by Danny King and directed by Jason Flemyng.

The cast includes Charlie Cox, Dexter Fletcher, Mackenzie Crook, Freema Agyeman, Eve Myles, Ruth Jones, Annette Crosbie, and Vincent Regan

Plot Synopsis

In a quiet country farmhouse, Britain’s vampires gather for their once-every-fifty-years meeting.
Others will be joining them too: unwitting Essex boy Sebastian Crockett (Billy Cook), whose promise of a night of passion with ravishing cougar Vanessa (Eve Myles) quickly turns into a fight for survival after she decides to introduce him to some of her friends – the coven of hungry vampires.
As if Sebastian’s night couldn’t get any worse, a heavily armed band of mercenary vampire hunters led by the steadfast Captain Bingham (Robert Portal), crashes the party – and much like the vampires, they’re out for blood.

It’s going to be a night to remember.

About Michael Juvinall (6924 Articles)
I am a devoted husband and father. I have been a voracious horror fan since the early age of 5 and metal fan since I was 14. I watch all horror films but my great loves are classic horror films: Universal Monsters, Werewolves, Hammer Horror and an all-around affinity for things that go bump in the night! I'm also a huge fan of extreme metal music.
