It’s being reported that Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights) has signed on to star in the film from Legendary Pictures and Warner Bros.. Chandler will join the previously cast Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things) on the production.

It is slated for release on March 22, 2019.

Michael Dougherty is directing from a script by Dougherty and Zach Shields.

Plot details are being kept locked on a South Pacific island, but Chandler will play a scientist and father of Brown’s character. The role makes him ostensibly the hero of the movie.

About Michael Juvinall (6694 Articles)
I am a devoted husband and father. I have been a voracious horror fan since the early age of 5 and metal fan since I was 14. I watch all horror films but my great loves are classic horror films: Universal Monsters, Werewolves, Hammer Horror and an all-around affinity for things that go bump in the night! I'm also a huge fan of extreme metal music.
