PACIFIC RIM: UPRISING Shares First Pic!

We have some brief news about Pacific Rim 2 as it has officially been re-titled to Pacific Rim: Uprising. Look for the film to hit theaters on February 23, 2018.

Actor John Boyega has shared the first official picture, which you can see below.

The film is directed by Steven S. DeKnight based on a script by DeKnight, Emily Carmichael, Kira Snyder, and T.S. Nowlin from a story by Guillermo del Toro.

The release date of the movie Pacific Rim Uprising is set to February 23, 2018.

Plot Synopsis

The sequel takes place years after the first film, focusing on the aftermath of the Kaiju war and fate of the Jaeger technology.
